For Wholesalers

How can I become a Wholesaler?  Click here to sign up for a wholesaler account.

Is there a minimum for wholesale orders? Yes, minimum open order is 6 cases.  The minimum re-order is 3 cases.

Where do you ship? We currently ship to Canada and United States. If you are located outside of North America and have an interest in our products, contact us for updates!

What is the shipping charge for wholesale orders?

For Canadian customers, we ship via Purolator / Canada Post.

For US customers, we we ship using Fedex.  Our Fedex rates are among the highest tier so we get the largest discounted package rate. We pass these rates onto you.

How long does shipping usually take? Once the order is fulfilled, shipping takes approx. 3-6 business days to arrive depending on your location.

How are large orders shipped? Large orders (more than 800 bath bombs) are shipped direct to you via freight truck/carrier.

What is your lead time? Will generally aim to ship out orders 2-4 business days after it is placed.  

Can I make changes to my order? Changes can only be made before 7AM the next day as that is when fulfillment begins for the order.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What are your payment terms? The first three (3) purchases are to be made via credit card. Subsequent purchases may qualify for net 30 payment terms.  Please contact us by email to apply for payment terms.

Do you offer refunds or replacements for damaged goods? If a product was damaged during the shipping process, please send as an image within 14 days of receipt of goods. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may issue a refund for the units affected or ship out replacements at no additional cost to you.

Where can I sell your bath products? You may sell our products in approved retail stores.

Can I sell your products online? Bath Therapy does not allow retailers to sell online, except with explicit written permission. This includes retailer’s own website, Amazon.com, or any other online marketplace.

Can I get listed under your “where to buy” retail store database? Yes! Please send an email to hello@baththerapyco.com.

What is the shelf-life for your product? Because we use natural, active ingredients, we recommend our products to be used within 6 months for optimal performance.

How should I store your product? In order to preserve the vibrant color, we recommend keeping our products out of direct sunlight.

Are your fragrances phthalate free? Yes.

Are your bath products vegan? Yes.

Do you or your suppliers test on animals? No we do not test on animals. We have also made sure that our suppliers do not test on animals.

Do you use essential oils in your bath bombs? Yes, we use 100% natural essential oils.
